New Bentley Continental GT online configurator launched

New Bentley Continental GT online configurator launched Prospective customers can now configure the new Bentley Continental GT as orders open

Bentley has launched the configurator for the new Continental GT, allowing those interested in the model to spec their car.

The new GT configurator has opened alongside versions of the previous-generation Continental, including the Supersports and GT Speed, which are only available as convertibles, ahead of the launch of the Continental GT Convertible.

Along with the usual configurator categories such as paint, wheels and dashboard veneers, owners can also opt for a four-piece luggage set, a rotating display that switches between dials and and the infotainment screen, and sound system upgrades by Bang & Olufsen and Naim.

There are 30 paint options available, with 13 of these in the extended paint palette, which will likely command a premium over the standard paint options. A choice of three alloy wheel designs are available: two 21in designs and one 22in Mulliner set, available in three finishes.

Customers can specify the interior of the GT in numerous configurations; 13 primary leather colours and 10 secondary colours are available, which can be combined in five different ways. There is a selection of eight dashboard veneers, with dual-finish veneers combining the wood effect with Piano Black trim.

Prices for individual options are not listed. Prospective customers are instead given a reference code to commission their car or they can send their customised GT to a dealer to take the buying process to the next step.

The new GT's price is likely to rise slightly from the current W12-engined car’s £150,500. Prices will be revealed in full at the car’s debut at the Frankfurt motor show in September.
